An OPDL Trial Permission Form is required for any player who played OPDL in the 2023 season with another club. Please complete the online registration and bring a signed OPDL Trial Permission Form to the trial.

As per Ontario Soccer rules, without the permission form you will not be permitted to try out.

League1 requires any player registered with another League1 team in 2023 to get written release from this previous squad in order to attend an open trial before November 30, 2023.
